Courtnay “Coco” White:
Candidate for Tomball ISD School Board
A proud Texan and dedicated Tomball resident, Courtnay “Coco” White has deep roots in the community he loves. As a 2006 graduate of Tomball ISD, Coco understands the district’s unique strengths and challenges. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Prairie View A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and public service.
For 14 years, Coco has served his community with distinction in law enforcement, currently holding the rank of Sergeant with the City of Tomball. His experience extends beyond the badge, as he has also served as a school resource officer within Tomball ISD, where he built strong connections with students, staff, and parents. His dedication to the well-being of children is not just professional but deeply personal.
Coco has been happily married for 14 years to his wife, a dedicated TISD staff member. Together, they are raising four children, all of whom attend TISD schools: an 8th grader, a 6th grader, and two 3rd graders. As a father with a vested interest in the success of all students, Coco is committed to ensuring that every child in the district receives the highest standard of education.
Beyond his roles in law enforcement and family life, Coco serves as the Senior Pastor of a local church, where he’s witnessed firsthand the powerful impact that strong community values and quality education can have on individuals and families. His deep faith and commitment to service drive his vision for Tomball ISD.
Passionate about the belief that “Quality Education leaves a Lasting Impact,” Coco White is running for the Tomball ISD School Board to ensure that every child in the district has the opportunity to succeed. His blend of professional expertise, personal dedication, and community leadership uniquely qualifies him to advocate for the needs and aspirations of Tomball ISD’s students, families, and educators.
